Dr. K. K.Muraleedharan , currently Professor & Principal of Chinmaya Institute of Technology, Kannur has more than 36 years of Teaching and Research experience.
Dr. Muraleedharan did his M.Com from the University of Calicut and M.Phil from Pondicherry Central University. He was awarded Ph.D in Bank Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
He is selected as one of the Book Proposal Reviewers for Springer Nature, Singapore; one of the leading research journal and publishers of the world.

Dr.Muraleedharan is a Guest Faculty of the UGC Academic Staff College, Kannur University and also at the MBA Distance Education Programme, Pondicherry Central University .
He has presented papers in International and National level seminars and published research papers in journals of repute. He has been the resource person for national seminars conducted by Academic Institutions.
Dr.Muraleedharan successfully completed a minor research project funded by UGC, in Recovery Performance of Non-Performing Assets by Service Co-operative banks in Vatakara Taluk.
He has co-authored a book on Marketing and the Research work is edited in an International book (Rated as best seller by Book News Inc, Portland, USA in August 2007). He has participated in Five Refresher courses including one short term course for Research Guides conducted by University Grants Commission.

Hari after completing his Masters in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University, started his career with The Hindu Group of Publications.He has more than 12 years of hardcore business development and strategic management expertise and has worked in large media and publishing houses in India. He was also the Head of Content Management with a Stock Photography company based at Oxford, UK.
Hari has handled the varied fields of business development, media sales, corporate communication, content Management and brand building with consummate ease. His passion for Media has resulted in undertaking doctoral research in Developing a Business Model for Media Houses.
Hari is also involved in consultancy and research for the last four years.

Dr. Prabhakaran Paleri is adjunct senior professor in the School of Management Studies of the Institute since December 2011. Born in Trikaripur, Kasargode district, Kerala, he is an internationally acclaimed scholar in strategic studies, management and governance. He had held many national and international assignments while in central services. After retirement as the director general of Indian Coast Guard, he has been associated with corporate directorship and external monitoring in public sector companies, and strategic research and academics in the fields of his expertise in India and abroad.
He holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with nuclear engineering as elective from University of Kerala, master’s degrees in business administration from University of Madras, fellowship in shipping management from Narotham Morarjee Institute of Shipping, Mumbai, master’s degree in strategic studies from National Defense University, Washington, D.C. and a multi-disciplinary Ph.D. degree in business administration and strategic studies from University of Madras.
Post retirement, he was a research scholar for different periods at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, United Service Institute and National Maritime Foundation all in New Delhi. He was also a visiting senior research fellow at the Ocean Policy Research Foundation, Tokyo and twice at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was the founding professor, head and advisor at the School of Management Studies, and chief advisor to the Technology Business Incubator, both at the National Institute of Technology, Calicut before joining Chinmaya Institute of Technology.
He has also been a Ph.D guide and examiner in management studies.
He has authored seven books on strategic and management subjects including a text book on business environment with emphasis on India for management studies and published various research papers and articles. Presently he is researching to write a book on the next level of human resource management for a publisher abroad.
While in central service he has been awarded with the coast guard medal and president’s coast guard medal, and commended by the Central Board of Excise and Customs for exceptional professional performance. He has been privileged to receive honours as distinguished alumnus from Malabar Christian College and National Institute of Technology, both at Calicut. He has been inducted into the Hall of Fame of National Defense University, Washington, D.C., USA in 2009.
At Chinmaya Institute of Technology he is engaged in teaching management and governance, and designing and modeling student development programmes.

With more than 18 years of work experience in varied areas like B-School teaching, Administration, Training & Placements, Dr. Kiran handles Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, Retail Management and Indian Management Ethos & Practices at School of Management Studies (SOMS), Chinmaya Institute of Technology.
He is also in charge of the Placement Cell of SOMS and has played a pivotal role in maintaining a more than 60% placement record before Result Announcement for all batches since 2011-13 at Chintech.
He has worked previously with MBA Centre, Kozhikode of the University of Calicut, ICFAI (Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India) at their Kozhikode and Kannur offices as a faculty member.

He finished his Schooling from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kannur; his Engineering during 1993-97 from College of Engineering, Chengannur, Alleppey District; his MBA with University Second Rank in 1999 from Department of Commerce & Management Studies, University of Calicut. He also holds a PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management from ICFAI University in 2007.
He was awarded PhD in Management Studies by Kannur University in 2012 for his thesis on “Vendor Managed Inventory Systems in India – Focus on Retailing” under the guidance of Dr U Faisal.
He is a Life Time member of All India Management Association and has also qualified UGC-NET in 2005.
He has a working knowledge of IBM SPSS 20.0, IBM SPSS AMOS, PAST 2.17, Gretl, E Views 8 statistical software and is consulted by researchers for assistance on Statistical Analysis of data.
He has till date conducted 17 training workshops on topics like Employability of Fresh graduates and post-graduates as well as in Statistical Analysis of Primary & Secondary Data.
He has 17 publications & has presented papers at 11 Conferences and has also attended 19 workshops related to Statistical software analysis conducted by different universities and institutes.
He is a Jury Member at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kannur for the Master of Fashion Management (MFM) Programme offered there.
He has been the National Coordinator of the 2nd Chinmaya International Geeta Chanting Competition held in 2015, which was a year long competition that involved 1,50,000 participants from 8 countries culminating in National & International Finals on Nov 22 & Dec 22 2015 respectively at Chinmaya Vibhooti Campus in Kolwan, Pune.
He was also the Internship Coordinator for the 2007-09 batch at ICFAI National College for the Student Internship Programme 2008, as part of which he was able to motivate and coordinate 90 students and 3 Faculty Guides reporting to him to surpass a combined Sales Target of Rs 2 crore across Retail, FMCG, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sectors.
